Hebei Allland Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is one of the largest manufactures in China,which producing thick wall of large diameter double submerged arc welding steel pipe.It was jointly invested by Yuancheng Industry,Dongtaixing Co***ny,Xinguang Co***ny and Mengcun Tubing etc.The co***ny was established in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province-the hometown of China Pipeline Equipment. It is located in Zhifangtou Industrial Zone of Cangxian County. We have advanced JCOE productive equipment for producing thick wall large diameter double submerged arc welding steel pipes in professional.The specifications are diameter of Ø406mm- Ø1422mm,length of 3m-12m and wall thickness of 8mm-60mm,which used as oil /gas and water transmission steel pipe ,piling steel pipe,supporting steel pipe ,bridge building steel pipe and grid structure steel pipe for various convention centers etc.
We introduced JCOE production line machinery ,which mainly includes flame cutting machine edge milling machine,pre-bending machine,ten thousand tons forming machine ,shaping and pre-welding machine, internal welder,external welder,finishing machine and straightening machine . We also purchased different testing equipments,such as flaw ***ector,X-ray ***ector and series of physics and chemistry test machine for ensuring the quality of products could reach the international advanced standard
